1-е Послание к коринфянам

Глава 9

1 Разве я не свободен? Разве я не апостол? Разве Иисуса, Господа нашего, я не увидел? Разве вы — не мое дело в Господе?

2 Если для других я не апостол, то по крайней мере для вас я — апостол: ибо печать моего апостольства — вы в Господе.

3 Вот моя защита против тех, которые меня судят.

4 Не имеем ли мы права есть и пить?

5 Не имеем ли мы права водить с собой сестру жену, как и прочие апостолы и братья Господни и Кифа?

6 Или один я и Варнава не имеем права не работать?

7 Кто когда служит воином на собственном содержании? Кто насаждает виноградник и плода от него не ест? Или кто пасёт стадо и от молока стада не ест?

8 По человечеству ли я это говорю? Не говорит ли этого и Закон?

9 Ибо в Моисеевом Законе написано: не заграждай рта у вола молотящего. О волах ли заботится Бог?

10 Или, конечно, для нас говорит? Для нас ведь это было написано, так как пашущий должен пахать с надеждой, и молотящий — с надеждой иметь свою долю.

11 Если мы посеяли вам духовное, большое ли дело, если мы пожнём у вас вещественное?

12 Если другие имеют у вас право, не тем ли более мы? Но мы не воспользовались этим правом, но всё терпим, чтобы не было от нас никакой помехи Евангелию Христову.

13 Разве вы не знаете, что священнодействующие питаются от святилища, что приставленные к жертвеннику от жертвенника имеют долю?

14 Так и Господь повелел возвещающим Евангелие жить от Евангелия.

15 Но я ничем не воспользовался из всего этого. И я не написал это для того, чтобы так было для меня. Ибо лучше мне умереть... Похвалы моей никто меня не лишит.

16 Ибо если я благовествую, то в этом нет для меня похвалы; это для меня необходимость: ибо горе мне, если я не благовествую.

17 Ибо если я делаю это добровольно, то я получаю награду; если недобровольно, то мне вверено быть домоправителем.

18 Какая же мне награда? та, что благовествуя, я возвещаю Евангелие безвозмездно, не пользуясь моим правом благовестника.

19 Ибо, будучи свободен от всех, я всем себя поработил, чтобы большее число приобрести;

20 и стал для Иудеев, как Иудей, чтобы приобрести Иудеев; для подзаконных, как подзаконный — не будучи сам под Законом, — чтобы приобрести подзаконных;

21 для незнающих Закона, как незнающий Закона — не будучи без закона пред Богом, но под законом Христовым, — чтобы приобрести незнающих Закона;

22 я стал для немощных немощным, чтобы приобрести немощных. Для всех я сделался всем, чтобы спасти, во что бы то ни стало, некоторых.

23 И всё я делаю для Евангелия, чтобы стать соучастником его.

24 Разве вы не знаете, что бегущие на ристалище бегут все, но один получает награду? Так бегите, чтобы получить.

25 Каждый подвизающийся воздерживается от всего: те, чтобы получить венец тленный, а мы — нетленный.

26 Итак я бегу не как впустую, ударяю кулаками не как по воздуху,

10 Or2228 said3004 he it altogether3843 for our sakes? For our sakes, no1063 doubt,1063 this is written:1125 that he that plows722 should3784 plow722 in hope;1680 and that he that threshes248 in hope1680 should be partaker3348 of his hope.1680

11 If1487 we have2192 sown4687 to you spiritual4152 things, is it a great3173 thing if1487 we shall reap2325 your5216 carnal4559 things?

12 If1487 others243 be partakers3348 of this3588 power1849 over you, are not we rather?3123 Nevertheless235 we have2192 not used5530 this5026 power;1849 but suffer4722 all3956 things, lest2443 3361 we should hinder5100 the gospel2098 of Christ.5547

13 Do you not know1492 that they which minister2038 about holy2413 things live2068 of the things of the temple?2411 and they which wait4332 at the altar2379 are partakers4829 with the altar?2379

14 Even2532 so3779 has the Lord2962 ordained1299 that they which preach2605 the gospel2098 should live2198 of the gospel.2098

15 But I have used5530 none3762 of these5130 things: neither have I written1125 these5023 things, that it should be so3779 done1096 to me: for it were better2570 3123 for me to die,599 than2228 that any5100 man should make2758 my glorying2745 void.2758

16 For though1437 I preach2097 the gospel,2097 I have2076 nothing3756 to glory2745 of: for necessity318 is laid1945 on me; yes,1161 woe3759 is to me, if1437 I preach2097 not the gospel!2097

25 And every3956 man that strives75 for the mastery is temperate1467 in all3956 things. Now3303 they do it to obtain2983 a corruptible5349 crown;4735 but we an incorruptible.862
